COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bishop Wisecarver UTTRS3G0480 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Br-automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brah-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brooks-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Br-automation such as the 5D520035 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC1F800 manufactured by Brah-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Brah-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 001712601 by Manufacturer Brooks-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brandless Brand J3170A407F001B036 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bmc such as SQ5000 equipment made by Bmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0505614017 made by Bosch as well as the popular VEH302BNN original spares produced by Bosch-Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20B42044TG by Brandless and SQ5000 spares by Bmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRD00531071BL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brandless. |
